Students will be more confident and gain tools to increase their ability to articulate their academic needs, request support and navigate university systems independently.  
Students will engage in community building and develop a support system through various experiences.  
Students will build their cross-cultural competencies and leadership skills through programming geared toward experiential learning in areas such as time management, communication, networking and goal setting.
