This day is dedicated to self-care with various activities, including massages, sound bowl sessions, and coloring. There’s something for everyone to help pause, relax, and reflect. The event also features a “Finding Balance” Workshop from 1:30-2pm, led by CCPS.
In partnership with the Office for Religious, Spiritual, and Ethical Life (ORSEL) & WashU Center for Counseling & Psychological Services (CPPS).
Benefit: Stress relief, self-care practices, and mindfulness techniques.
