- Please allow up tp 5 weeks for your application to be completely processed. As your application undergoes the review process, the status of your application will be updated in the SSF Portal.
- If the SSF Team needs to reach you during the application process, you will be contacted via email.
- We recommend that all applicants are signed up for direct deposit through the university, as this is the quickest way to receive funding.
- If you are not signed up for direct deposit, a paper check will be waiting for you at Student Financial Services. After two weeks, the paper check will be mailed to your home address.
We ask that students make a good attempt to obtain a duplicate copy from the company/organization or provide a screenshot of the debited amount, including the company/organization name, from their bank account. Consistently lost receipts may hinder the students’ ability to apply for future requests.
When uploading your receipt, please utilize the notes feature to disclose which items shown on the receipt are to be considered in your application.
We ask students with emergency situations to complete an application and reach out directly via email to alert the Student Success Fund Manager of the situation. This additional step is only for emergency situations.
